WHEN DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Your cart value should be R650 or more to qualify for our FREE shipping service.

LOCAL SHIPPING

All shipping, regardless of item bought is R100 upon the purchase of any item small or big from our store. Certain Devices would take 7-10 working days, would be specified on whichever item/product stipulated. Duration for shipping would 5-7 days when shipping to other provinces in South Africa.

WHEN DOES MY ITEM SHIP?

Delivery takes 5-7 Business days upon payment reflecting in our bank account, or if payment has been done through PayFlex, and the availability of stock on hand

If stock is NOT on hand, we generally get stock either on a Monday (if the order is placed during the week) or Friday (if the order is placed on a Monday). We will communicate this through call, then email, in order to make sure you're comfortable with the wait, else we are more than happy to refund you if you can't wait the hold.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
